If you’re looking for help with your HVAC, call these folks - there is no need to continue searching, and you wouldn’t find anyone better if you did. Paul knows more about HVAC than I thought was possible, including for weird systems like the one I have, which some contractors legitimately don’t have the ability or knowledge to service. He’s reliable, trustworthy, fair, and friendly. I will be recommending Cool Max to anyone who will listen to me. THANK YOU for fixing our heat on a night when we’re headed into the low teens!

After R.S. Andrews no-call/no-showed on me on May 19th then told me that the the soonest they could get a tech out would be mid-June (even though they screwed up), I called Cool Max and was able to get an appointment scheduled and a technician out within the week. From Julie working the phones, to Emily conducting the assessment, to Paul doing the work - this small, family oriented business far exceeded my expectations and put these larger HVAC companies, like R.S.A., to shame with their customer-first mentality. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! They were very much on board with trying to help you with your issue before they even got here. Emily was the best!! She found our issue and was able to fix it quickly. She explained the how and why and what I needed to be doing with my A/C units. Again if you want a genuine company that’s not going to overload you with fees and charges and will actually get the job done this is the company!
