Sadly, I recommend not going to this salon. I was new to the area and where Lisa is very nice, she fried my hair giving me highlights, to the point that she had to stop combing out my hair after the wash since it was just breaking away in chunks. It had no color left in spots, gray, white, yellow in some areas, it was a disaster. I went back to md to my old salon, after 6 months and three trips, my hair is almost back to normal. amazing! – Lisa was awesome! I am so glad i ended up going to her. she has great hair advice & knows what she's talking about. & she has good pricing. I dont just got to anyone & let them touch my long, thick hair. It'll be unfortunate when i leave state in a few months

Cool Looks Salon is the place to go!!! – Lisa is amazing.I am so happy to find someone with not onley talent but a true passion for what she does.If you are looking for a great experience Cool Looks is the place to go. P.S her scalp massage is so relaxing and the new to me poducts she used made my hair look and feel good.And the price was great even if you are on a budget : )

Always Satisfied! – Cool Looks Salon Studio in Fredericksburg is the BEST! Lisa is one of the best stylists I have seen. Not only does she take pride in her work, she applies ALL of her knowledge towards what works best for each individual client. Cool Looks Salon provides the works. I especially like the keratin hair extensions that are used in this salon. I will continue going to Cool Looks, as well as recommending others to do the same! The Best! – As long as Cool Looks Salon is open I wont go to any other salon. I know my hair and my eyebrows are in good hands at Cool Looks. Lisa is very compassionate about what she does and she does an excellent job. Exceptional Hair Salon – I recently moved to Fredericksburg, VA from another state and was very hesitant on trying a new hair salon. From a once very shy individual – I have always been very embarrassed of my appearance because I had no eyebrows. I was doing alot of research and was searching for the right place to do it for over two years. Usually I was told that I have to get a tattoo artist and that they dont numb you so out of fear I was about to give up until I stumbled into this shop. Perfect hair color – When I went to Cool Looks for color,my hair was a mess. I have graying dark hair and a beautician had used semi-permanent color with amonia on it. It looked awful and felt dry and damaged. Lisa did a wonderful color correction on me that looked natural and flattering. My hair felt soft and conditioned too. Lisa and her crew are true professionals. Thanks!
