I am beyond happy with the service that I received here at cool J‘s salon. I came in to get my haircut and the lady that I was set up with (unfortunately) I can’t remember her name, but she was very pretty and very patient and super cool. We had a lot of fun doing my hair and I am absolutely happy beyond words with the results. I will be coming back to get it re-cut to maintain the look. And I so hope that I get my same girl again.
I have been with Jess for over 25 years whatever I asked her to do she does it and she does it perfect I have always had compliments on my hair and my nails and people ask me where I can get it done for some people it’s too far to drive but it’s worth the drive because they are amazing they’re friendly they know what they’re doing and Jess is just the best! If youWant it done right go see Jess
There was an issue with how my hair turned out and the owner promptly gave me her information and found time on my schedule to get it corrected. It’s exactly what I wanted and they were all super nice. Accidents happen sometimes and if you handle it professionally instead of like a jerk it will pay off. I’ll definitely continue to go here.

i wanted my roots black and the rest of my hair purple, it did not end up like that.. more then my hair is still brown and black and my purple is just at my tips and its faded... i wanted permanent hair dye not temporarily.. should of done it myself honestly would have turned out better...
Great experience for my daughter’s first big girl hair cut and I love my new look for summer as well!
