I have used Mike for several years now. He recently installed a new high efficient system at my personal house and was amazing!! Mike really goes out of his way to create an exceptional customer experience. He also installed a new outside unit at one of my rentals. Very prompt, very professional, very fair. I recommend Mike to all of my clients whenever the opportunity presents. Mike always represents his business in a very professional manner which makes him very easy to refer. This place is definitely a place I would recommend very strongly. We had a new unit installed, and Mike went well above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Service after the fact (no instances he was at fault for, but still helped) is stupendous! They were priced competitively, but even if they would have been higher, still would have selected Cool it! for any HVAC needs!!!
Mike was amazing, he responded very quickly to my initial reach out. He showed up on time and was extremely friendly. He addressed all my concerns on my heat pump system and made sure I was comfortable the entire way. He helped me figure out what was the best way to proceed further with the system and in the end made a solution that helped us a lot.

We recently had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Cool It Heating and Air. Mike did a really great job for us. The unit was priced right and was installed professionally. He was very respectful of our home and property. The floor under the old unit was damaged and he made a trip to the lumberyard to get new subfloor. He did it quickly and without hesitation to do the job right! We highly recommend Mike and his company to do a great job at a fair price! Thanks Mike!! We really appreciate it!
