Went in for a birthday dinner last night w/a large group and we all were unsatisfied. One table had gotten their food an hour before everyone else's...Not to mentioned, they messed up on just about every person's order! Everything was over cooked or extra dry. I ordered a Cowboy cut prime rib (16oz) and more than 1/3 of it was all fat! There was no flavor, just super bland. I also asked for a high chair, which I never got and had to go find one myself. Always have a great time. Ribs are delicious. So is the prime rib.
My prime rib was greasy. My husband's food was almost cold. We won't be back.
