lousy food poor service, service is better from a drunk cashier at Mcdonalds then this place and corporate don't give a poo
It’s CLOSED!!!!!! Even their phone is disconnected!
Worst dinner I have ever had. A complete failure on Cool hand Luke's. Warm watered down Sprite. Artichoke hearts that tasted strange, rolls that were so hard on the bottom we couldn't chew them, I think they had been heated too much in a microwave, a cold baked potato that I paid extra for, chicken that was as chewy as gum, an absent waitress and dirty table lamps. My husbands ribeye wasn't much better. Stick with the beans, they at least were lukewarm! We wasted $71.00 tonight but we won't make that mistake ever again.
Juliana took great care of us! We had a party of 8 and all of our food was fantastic. This was a belated birthday dinner for my husband and I and had a great time.
Really pissed off been before and loved it but on January 22 the service was crap and to top it off yeah I had a party of 8 so the tip was charged automatically @ 15% which to give the waitress almost $38 but the worst was checking my credit card statement shows I was charged twice for the tip so instead of paying $293.08 with the 15% tip I was charged $330.94 that’s a 30% tip the waitress stole from me and I will get justice
This used to be our favorite place! Sadly since there is new management it is horrible!!!! I am truly sad!!!! It has gone downhill at the speed of sound.... we now go all the way to Modesto to Texas Roadhouse.... get it together guys....
The food was great & the prices are fair. Nice to have a good steakhouse in Turlock!
4 of us went to dinner and no one finished or enjoyed! Disgusting!!!
