The woman who cut my 5 year old sons hair was horrible. He started crying while she was using clippers, saying it was hurting. Instead of stopping or doing it more gently, she repeatedly told HIM she wasn't hurting him. Quoted word for word, "I'm not hurting you, my love. I'm not paid to hurt you, I'm paid to cut your hair, and that's what I'm doing." Awful experience.. I took my son in to get a haircut yesterday, first time beig there and the lady that did it which is the Manager, did a horrible haircut to my son, not what asked for...the hair is uneven in the front, longer on one side and completely uneven in the back and she charge me for it... We are going to shave his head because there is no way to fix it.. I dont recomend this place to anyone, unless you want a crappy haircut for your kids. Great Experience – I scheduled an appointment knowing this place gets REALLY busy on the weekends. They styled my daughters hair for her birthday (which was a tough task since her hair is VERY fine and short). Anna did an amazing job and treated my daughter like a princess.

Avoid on Weekends!! – Took my kis there and it took 2 hrs to have her hair cut!! I know it's the weekend but, comeon...Once she was seen lady did a good job. Avoid on the weekends...only two ladies there on the weekend (the lady that cut my daughter's hair told me this) I will definetely not be back!!
