Went to grab my son an after work haircut. Got there with 20 minutes until the posted closing time and was told they can't do it as they are shutting down. Great customer service �
I made an appointment for my six-year-old daughter to get a 1 inch trim. She likes her long hair, and I just wanted to get rid of the split ends. Since when does a 1 inch trim only mean trimming the back of her hair??? Why didn't The stylist trim ALL of her hair? And then I'm charged full price when you did half a haircut??
