Furnace took a dump the day before Thanksgiving. I was worried about getting someone out before the Holidays and I figured parts would be involved so add another roadblock to the list. Thankfully James came out and took the time to diagnose the issue and even left to go pick up the parts needed for the fix. He had us up and running before the end of the day. We can’t say enough about James from Cool Concepts! He’s been to our house multiple times, often on short notice, to fix various issues, and every single visit has been a lifesaver. James is the definition of professional. He’s always thorough, respectful, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be done. Luis came out to clean our dryer vent and found out the siding company put siding over the exit vent goes. We had 3 years of build up blocked in there. Luis had to make a hole in the siding after he found the exit for the vent and put a plastic cover on. It took less than 2 hours and he explained everything as he went along and was very knowledgeable and professional. We would absolutely want him again if we needed their services again. James came out to check out our broken heat pump (we knew it was going to need replaced). He took the panel off and explained what went wrong in a way that I could understand. He had a crew out to install a new one right away. Would highly recommend!
