This place charged me over $13 to launder one shirt! I was in a hurry and should have asked, but when I said there must be some mistake, the woman behind the counter said it was "delicate fabric." It's a simple, 100% cotton shirt! The prices here are obscene. Find an alternative.
Always a smile and timely service
I’ve never experienced customer service quite like this. I had a suit that needed to be dry cleaned on very short notice—just one day—and they came through without hesitation. Claudia was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. She even called me personally to reassure me that everything would be ready on time, and it was. The attention to detail and care she showed truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dry cleaning store and will definitely be returning
Claudia and the other women who work there are always really sweet and helpful! This is definitely the best dry cleaner in south beach, hands down! Highly recommend!
Exceptional dry cleaning and customer service. The tailor (Tatiana) is extremely skilled and all of the personnel (Claudia) and the others are extremely polite, professional and kind. Highly recommended, especially if you have delicate/pricey fabrics: they can be trusted!!
