I dropped off my favorite Calvin Klein suit pants that are almost new. Not only they take 2 extra days to be completed, and so when I went there to pickup, they were not done & I was not notified they were running late, but the button that is in the front was missing when I returned again to pick them up. This place charged me over $13 to launder one shirt! I was in a hurry and should have asked, but when I said there must be some mistake, the woman behind the counter said it was "delicate fabric." It's a simple, 100% cotton shirt! The prices here are obscene. Find an alternative.
