Stay as far away as possible. The most unprofessional and rude company I have ever witnessed. Their scheduling is worse than the cable company. Have had a refrigerant leak since installation. No safety precautions (had to evacuate the apartment due to dizziness from phosgene gas). I would bet they aren’t even licensed. Truly save your money and hire a professional.

Stay away from these clowns. We have been using them for over 4 years to service our unit. Then our daughter needed a new unit and these clowns installed the new unit without getting the proper permit. Then started crying when we refused to pay the 40% balance owed. ALSO they shut down their office and now work from their home, this should have been my first clue! 2nd clue...when I went to their house to drop off the deposit they did not answer the door. One of few remaining local AC business. Cool Cats maintains the highest level of integrity, honesty and service. Call them, you'll be glad you did.
They installed a new A/C system and from the beginning, they couldn’t fix a refrigerant leak. Then the claimed it was outside the 1yr repair warranty time period. That’s because I gave you time to repair it and you failed.
