What a ripoff!!!!! The fan blower on our heater wouldn't shut off when the heater warmed up our condo to the desired temperature. I checked on You Tube to see what the problem was and 9 times out of 10 it's a small 20 dollar part called a limit switch. I called Cool Breeze to schedule an appointment. A person came out and said it was indeed the limit switch. He was here less than 30 minutes and charged me 139 dollars. He didn't have the part, so he would have to order it. I will not use this company again. Two repairmen came out yesterday. They installed a new dual capacitor in the outside heat pump unit and used compressed air to clear an obstructed drain in the indoor unit. Water on the floor was part of the reason I called them out. I explained very clearly to both repairmen that I wanted their considered judgement to decide whether it made sense to repair this old system (**** years for compressor; 32 years for air handler) vs. declare it uneconomical to repair and spend the money on a re... read more
Our air conditioning went out Tues. morning and since we have HOME WARRANTY we called and of course they couldn't find anyone to service us so we called one place and they couldn't come till next Tues.I remember seeing COOL BREEZE trucks in our neighborhood so we called at 8;34 today Wed. and they showed up at 9;30 and the conditioner was fixed and the owner Charlie was on his way by 10;30.Now that is service for sure.He was polite and informative and will be sure to use them again and recommend them.What a pleasure to have ... read more
Every review I read was right! Dustin is a great person to work with and a skilled and honest service tech. Just left us cooler and wiser after a service call where he both fixed the problem and pointed out future issues, but didn't put us in a panic to make any immediate decisions. Will definitely call Cool Breeze for future service and the inevitable new unit!
