We have been customers of Coolbreeze for many years. They provide wonderful customer service and are always friendly. We had another great maintenance check today with Art. Great customer service, called for a repair to my unit and they found an issue with my thermostat. Once repaired my unit started working again and all was good.
Needed a new system. Called for a quote, and received a good price on a Gas pack unit several thousand dollars below other companies quoted prices. Coolbreeze came out to do a diagnostic, as my A.C. went down. After spending 20 minutes, the technician said there was nothing wrong. The A.C. worked for several hours and then, went down again. They eventually gave me a very high quote for a fan motor. I called another A.C. business for a new quote and they came in half of what Coolbreeze was going to charge me!
