I have had Cool Breeze since having a complete system replaced by them in 2019. My maintenance is done twice a year, spring and fall, and could not be happier. My last service tech, Colt, exceeded my expectations with a complete inspection of my hvac and provided answers to my questions regarding additional equipment for healthier air and dust control. We got a complimentary check for our unit and Abel arrived. Right from the start of the conversation, Abel was cordial and after the introduction, he explained why he was there and what he planned to do. Abel walked me through his entire process and explained to me in laymen terms the function of my unit. He told me about his company and the types of services it offers. Abel professionalism and courteous demeanor made the visit that much more pleasant. Considering this company for long term service.
Coolbreeze did a great job cleaning my unit and getting it ready for winter service, the technician was timely and office staff was a great help.

Great customer service, called for a repair to my unit and they found an issue with my thermostat. Once repaired my unit started working again and all was good.

My mother's A/C went out when we were having high temperatures of 102-104. I spoke with Allen at 9am & he met us at her house at 10:15, his estimate was done in 15 min. His quote was $4,500 less than the quote from Goettl & offered much better service options. The technicians were there by 1 pm with all new equipment, they were very professional, and respectful.
