Service technician Howie is knowledgeable and professional and does a thorough job! I wouldn’t go to anyone else! And Kim and Mia are always so helpful with the scheduling!
We had an excellent experience with Howie from Cool Breeze. He walked us through everything, explaining the programming and how to do everything. Thanks to Jim we now know all the ins and outs of the thermostat.
Brian R. took time to do a through preventative maintenance on our heating unit. He answered my questions concerning this unit and a potential replacement.
Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with!
