In April of this year, they charged me $486.00 to change a condensate pump on one of my units. Pump cost about $60.00 and the job took about 15 minutes. Last week (July) I had the pump go out on a 2nd unit, I ordered one off Amazon (same brand) and changed it myself in about 15 minutes. You be the judge. Can understand why companies gouge customers nowadays as opposed to charging a good fair price for a good fair job and gaining a customer for life. They focus on the short term versus long term relationships. So unfortunate!
