I strongly recommend Cool Air Technologies. Around 2012, I called another company to check my HVAC system when I moved into my condo. The technician said the HVAC was about to break and that I'd get a discount on a replacement if I signed with them that day. With that suspicious pressure tactic, I said no and tried Cool Air Technologies. Bill came out and said nothing was wrong with it even though it wasn't a new system. Bill at Cool Air was extremely helpful. They installed our AC and heating system years ago. I called him trying to replace the air filter which was not located near the heater. I was willing to have them come our on a service call but he walked me through the process thus eliminating the need for a service call. A very professional and honest company
