Al helped bail me out of a bad install from a different company 18 years ago and I have never forgotten. So when it came time for an update of my current system Cool Air really was the only Company I called......The price was fair and the job was done in a day. As other reviewers mentioned the job was done neatly and the installers including supervisor Stephan were friendly and knowledgeable. Have never had a service company as professional, polite & considerate as Als’ Cool Air Design.. AL is Amazing !!! He CARES about his customers!🇺🇸. They don’t make them like Al anymore.. His company has changed my back and front AC units , and you would never know they had been removed .. Drop cloths, shoes covered, etc. and if there’s something he doesn’t service, he will refer you to someone reliable that does.. He truly is a great guy. 🙂🙂
