This is an amazing company! They went above and beyond my exceptions in every way, from their customer service, amazing communication and overall ease of working with them. The tech that helped me was Kyle and he could not have been kinder and was so considerate and helpful. They were so quick in sending someone out. I called pretty late in the day, i thought id have to suffer through this Florida heat for a night but they got someone out same day! I placed a call in at 7:30 pm that my homebAC unit was not cooling. My call was answered gave them some basic information and then was told a technician would call me when he would be on his way. It wasn't very I received the call and Shawn showed up fix what was wrong. Shawn was VERY professional and explained the repair. I will definitely use this company for my business and 20 condos that we manage.
