My husband bought a $500 unit from the “owner’s father” on November 8, 2019, at the Las Vegas SEMA show. We haven’t seen it or heard from them! They told my husband when he called that they were on backorder, because they’re waiting for a shipment from China. Now, they do NOT contact us back! COOL-A-ZONE RIPPED US OFF! We paid John, the owner, $450.00 for the C-75 at the Orlando Restaurant Show in Sept 2019. After weeks of waiting to receive it, we find out they are "sold out." We have been trying to get our money back ever since! The owner WILL NOT REIMBURSE US!!! The last thing he told us was "go ahead and sue me." All we want is our money back for something we never received and the owner refuses to cooperate. Now he is not responding to our texts or phone calls. Not very good business ethics!

This has been a great product and we use it a lot. No defects of the unit - just the cover was torn when shipped. Very satisfied with the service also

We purchased two of the Cool-A-Zones at SEMA. One came in damaged by the freight company. I called Kurt and he gave us a no hassle return on the damaged unit and sent us out a replacement. Great doing business with honest, dependable people. Thank you Kurt & Cool-A-Zone.
