Water pipe burst on Friday of a long weekend. Admin was polite, friendly and responsive; technician had great personality, was knowledgeable and solved problem quickly and efficiently.
Ive used Cooks for plumbing a couple times now. I recently had an issue and called them on Saturday. They had it fixed on Monday. Good service, good communication.
We just had Brice come to do work on our water system. He was great! Not a drop of water on the floor. He also had all the parts with him even though some of the repairs were not known ahead of time. We really appreciate that. This is not our first time having Cooks do work here. We can absolutely recommend Cooks... just call them!
