Representative always gives me 24 hour notice of date he will be here..always spends time to do it right and is professional, helpful and polite! Had them for over 20 years. Great Company!
Great Service
Transitioned to Cooks from our previous company as it was bought out and the products were ineffective and service lackluster but cost the same. Cooks sales person that came to give cost and product info was very thorough in his job and answered all questions. Our tech did a thorough job and explained everything she did and why. The termite tech came almost at same time and did the same. He was here for several hours and did a meticulous job with termites plan. So, right now we are very pleased. Cook’s does a great job and their technicians are professional and always very nice. I like the fact that they communicate via text as to when the next service is approaching and asking if there are any specific needs to address. The only CON we have had, is they have not come inside our home since we had the contract in 2023 that I can recall.
