I have an ant problem and they are out to take care of it as soon as I call on the same day. very very nice too.
I paid a load of money for Cook's to deal with a bedbug infestation. After they finished, they said the problem was solved, but I was never really sure. Now, three months later, I know the problem was not solved because I found the bugs in the very same place in the same room as before, even though we have not slept anywhere else to bring more bedbugs back in the house.
