Rude customer service. The lady that I talked to was very rude. They are insensitive, and after coming several times, their treatment did not even work. The technician told me that my dogs could play in the stuff and did not give me any general information about what was sprayed. My dogs could play in it? yeah right, that is the most uneducated thing I have heard. Yet they claim to educate their people on proper pest control. Ha! I would NOT recommend this company. Go with someone who cares because this office does not.
Our Pest control technician (Hal) is always on-time, courteous, polite, friendly, very trustworthy and knows his job.
I had Joe Streeter com out yesterday for my start up with pest control. Hey was amazing with my dogs. He took his time to talk to me and see my concerns. I even found issues that we didn't know we had. Hey was fast, efficiant, and made sure that all my needs were met. I highly recommend cook pest control and Joe Streeter.
Great customer service...some companies talk about it. Cook's shows it. Sentricon for termites is #1 system in USA with no drilling trenching or harmful chemicals around your home. Pest control is top notch for ants and roaches.
We just moved to the area and wanted a termite bond. We talked with Cooks and they were great. Talked with Mike and Chris who set up our plan and then met with Jeff Lewis who installed the equipment They were all very nice, mannerly, knowledgeable and professional. Jeff was very quick but thorough on installing the equipment. This company gets a five star rating in our family and I hopefully we will get to deal with these three employees for years to come.
