I recently moved into a home previously serviced by Cook’s Pest Control and had two very disappointing interactions with one of their sales representatives. Both times, I was met with high-pressure tactics — including being told that if I didn’t act quickly, they would remove the termite stations. Nathan provided outstanding pest control service at my home today, treating both the inside and outside of the house. He was thorough in his work, respectful and conscious of his presence, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and efficiently. His knowledge and professionalism stood out, and his customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend Nathan and the company he represents to anyone in need of one-time or recurring pest control services.
Door to door people ignore no soliciting signs. Office calls every few months as well. I want nothing to do with cooks but they won’t stop calling or coming by.
They were good at first I added to mosquito spray and that didn’t work. They did two mosquito treatments didn’t work. Then when I had inside treatment he did outside. The service wasn’t good. They kept billing me after notifying them of bankruptcy. They kept calling and harassing me. I refused to pay for service cause it didn’t work. My service technician had a great customer service but there chemicals do not work
