I would like to recognize our Cook’s Pest Control technician for the outstanding service he consistently provides. He is professional, courteous, and clearly takes great pride in his work. I explained what kind of bugs I was see and he knew right off the bat and he said that he would take care of them but if I had anymore problems to call him back. He also explained that y’all went to a new chemical so let him know what I thought about it next time he comes out for service. Lucas is a well trained technician and respected gentleman. Back when we had a brown recluse infestation, we tried local folks who did not help us. Cooks came with knowledge and instructions and helped us rid the infestation. We also had a bizarre infestation of bird mites. No other entity could explain this. Cooks correctly diagnosed and helped us get rid of it. My current tech Dion, feels like family at this point. We love him. We have had such a good experience with Cook’s over the years. I highly recommend them.

They are always on time and very professional. But most importantly we've never had termite damage while using Cooks.
