First time having to sell jewelry to make sure i had food in the house for my kids. Cooks made it so easy to determine what was and was not gold and then offered me cash, I walked out of there and cried because now I can put food in my cabinets. Thank you so much, will definitely use their services again. 10/10
My mom brought her ring in to have a stone replaced. I was impressed with how kind and honest the gentleman was. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and treated us both with respect. Added bonus: the repairs would be done in a week!
