I love Cook's Impact Academy!!!
All of the coach's here have a heart for each one of the kids in the MMA class and they are dedicated in teaching and molding them to be the best they can be we could not be happier to be a part of the Cook's Impact family!!!!
Mark cook has taught me most everything I know, in the stand up fighting world. He has given me the knowledge and opportunity to fight in many big fights. With all due respect he is the most knowledgable and respectful stand up coach I've ever had.
Coach Mark Cook is a great Coach and a great mentor for any martial artist/ fighter. Any one in the area interested in Martial arts needs to try out Cooks impact. You will not be disappointed
