Charlie was our technician, he was absolutely awesome, very knowledgeable on what he was doing ! If and when I need to use them again, I hope I get Charlie again ! Great service?

My A/C has been down since last Thursday. Called cooks to get a second opinion on the problem and wasn’t given a bid because there were too many problems. I’ve since been told that any other company wouldn’t have problems because he claimed my NON FUNCTIONAL fire place was wood burning even though it’s gas and there’s clearly a gas pipe leading to it.
