Outstanding! As a Veteran myself, I called Cook's because I saw that they were a Veteran-owned business. John arrived and did a fantastic job giving my heating and cooling systems a check up. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me some things I needed to know about my new home. Many thanks to John and the team for such great service! I will definitely be calling them for all my hearing and cooling needs in the future.

I was very pleased with Rob. He was very knowledgeable with the system and took the time to explain what he was going to do or what test he was doing to determine the problem. I felt the price of the labor was very reasonable, especially for a weekend call. I thought the pressure switch was quite pricey, but I did some research online and depending on which switch it is could run anywhere from $40 - $350 (installed).

Technician arrived on time and conducted a very thorough inspection of my air conditioning unit. He answered all of my questions and even explained some additional technical details. I will be requesting that this particular technician perform my furnace inspection later this year.
