The team at Caliber Collision is extremely technical and professional. They were very transparent throughout the process and did not push unnecessary work or give inflated pricing. The technician even took the time to go on a test drive with me and carefully diagnose the issue, eventually identifying the real source of the vibration noise instead of guessing. I really appreciated their attention to detail and honest, professional approach. Highly recommended.

I have used Calibers services a few times over the years including this January. The service is very smooth, the estimators knowledgeable when checking out your vehicle plus knowing any hidden damage to look for. Repeat customer who does not want to come back - no damage but if it happens this is where I am coming.
