Transmission Shudder Repaired - My 2013 F-150 (188,000 miles) developed a transmission shudder which was ongoing for more than 6 months. Cook’s fixed it with a fluid / filter change, an additive, and a software update (TMC recal.). All for a very reasonable price. I found Cook’s through word of mouth from a local barber shop. Cook's transmission provides outstanding service and customer support. They resolved all of my transmission issues promptly, allowing me to return to the road in a timely manner! I cannot express enough positive things about this shop.
Got our 2012 work van up and running again.. after taking it to a different transmission mechanic who gave us 2 failed transmissions over the course of 3 years and then wouldn't honor their warranty, we decided to bring it to Cooks and the service was above and beyond our previous experience.
