Add an appointment. And no one showed up or called. The service had been paid for prepay for the annual or yearly deal that they have. I should know not to pay up front said they would call today.and Still, no call.
I Called them on a Saturday, said they would send some out, waited til after midnight, no show. Called the next day, tech came out and was told I needed a new motor 593.00 for it. Told him i would try to find another option. I Ended up replacing the capacitor for less than 10 bucks, that fixed it. Very disappointed in this company.
We called last night and got an immediate response from Maylon. He said he’d be at our house at 9 am. He was right on time. He checked everything out and explained it all to us. He is very knowledgeable about the ac unit. He was very nice and courteous.
