the vegan ice cream is delicious, but the waffle ice cream sandwich was a disappointment. they warm up the waffle which melts the ice cream very fast. not my idea of a good ice cream sandwich.
Best vegan ice cream, staff is always super kind and patient. Some flavors are GF + they also have GF cookies if you want to put an ice cream sandwich together. Absolutely love it here.

I was horrified after my husband picked up a vegan ice cream cake from Cookman last night. It had a nasty chemical taste. I looked at the container to read the ingredients. Cookman used to be a high-quality homemade ice cream store but they sell cakes made with Kein’s vegan ice cream and Rich’s non-dairy topping, both of which contain horrible ingredients and are available in the supermarket. It appears Cookman is all about profit now and does not care about providing a quality product to the vegan community.
