We have been going to this location since my kids were under a year old and now they are 8 and 9! The stylists are the best. They get to know your kids and give them the haircut they want. Mom-approved, of course!

After a horrible experience with my sons first haircut at the Grove City location, I was scared to try again. I read good reviews on Kallean at the Hilliard location so I thought I’d try again. I am completely 100% happy with my sons hair this time. She did amazing. I got his cut exactly how I asked. She was friendly and was good with my son who was still kind of scared. Took our son here for his first haircut and had a great experience. He loved sitting in the car and watching cartoons and Ms. Lucy was awesome. His hair turned out so cute, we just loved it!

We took our son for his first haircut and we had an AMAZING experience with our hair stylist, Angel. She was literally and Angel and did a terrific job putting my son at ease and giving him an excellent hair cut. Highly recommend this experience as well as this specific hair dresser!
Unfortunately I will never bring my kids here ever. Violent stylists who don’t know how to handle children who are scared of the clipper noise. Dawn specifically.
I made an appointment for my autistic son yesterday for today with Lucy. Lucy is the manager & specializes in autistic haircuts. She has cut my sons hair before. Upon arrival this morning we were asked about our masks. Well, no we didn't have them with us. We weren't told we needed them when making the appointment. Had we been told I would not have made that appointment. My son is autistic & will not wear one.
