Our 1 year old had his first hair cut with Joe. From the start the place is dirty, the slide they have for children is covered in hair. I was surprised at how good my little boy did. He dint fuss or move like some other kids present. Somehow Joe still managed to give him the choppiest hair cut I’ve seen. When he went to trim the edges near his ear, he took a chunk of hair out. Ms. Jazmin was the best! She was welcoming, patient with my 3yo, and asked for my thoughts and heard my suggestions regarding my daughter’s haircut. Showed off her multitasking skills by; acknowledging and welcoming incoming customers and helping them, while also doing a great job and maintaining attentive with my daughter’s haircut. The place was clean and friendly vibe, overall had a great positive experience.
Yesterday (Friday July 18) I took my daughter to get a haircut at the Cookie Cutter location in Paradise Nevada, 1120 E Silverado Ranch blvd. We were seen around 11:30 am. We had a generally pleasant experience with the haircut, especially for my daughter who has some sensory issues and hates her hair being brushed or messed with. Really disappointed. We came in because no one answers the phone. And the barber just said with an attitude they were busy and we should have scheduled. When I let her know there was no answer, her response was “she wishes her receptionist would answer the phone.” Like it was our fault they didn’t answer. She didn’t even offer to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Very rude and unprofessional treatment.
