My son was very nervous his first few visits and the stylist was so quick to put him at ease. He very quickly started looking forward to his hair cut appointments. Matt at Knapps Corner location does a phenomenal job as does Hayley at the 28th street location. We love Cookie Cutters!
I believe her name was Carli, did such a great job with my almost 1 year old was also his first hair cut. Very patient with him absolutely loved her!
I’ve taken my kids to Cookie Cutters a hand full of times. Past experiences have been ok (depending on who you have). Toys/play area accessible while waiting. Cuts are typically good considering how much kids move around/wiggle. However due to that, my son got cut in his eyelid. Lite bleeding (thank god) but was a decent cut. I was very frustrated and all they did was take $6 off the cut price. No apology.
