I visited the "new" location for the 1st time. Planned on buying 1-2 cookies, left with a dozen 😋. Delicious as always!
They have the best cookies i have ever eaten. Their staff is always friendly,. every time I am in Ft. Wayne, i have to stop.
I went in yesterday to order four dozen cookies for next week and was told they were full, couldn't take any more orders. I was told that my "only options" were to come in and stand in line to get cookies. I'm sorry that is NOT my only option. I have many options, which include going elsewhere to get cookies. This is what I will be doing now and from now on. This experience has soured me on the Cookie Cottage.
Website indicates requires 48 hours for personalized cookies but when I called today I was informed that the earliest they could fulfill a personalized order was December 16th. I suggested maybe they could update that info on their website and I was told that’s not a possibility. Seems like you need a new system so I didn’t waste my time even calling today 🤷🏻♀️

Ordered 2 dozen for a big cookout in Indy. There were so many dessert options but the cookies from Cookie Cottage were the first gone! Everyone raves about the iced cookies and they made sure I knew to bring them again for Christmas. 💕
I just stopped by. The cookies are so delicious!!
