Very upfront no hidden charges and Noe does great work, prompt and timely
Cookeys charged 13 hours ($1300) for two vessel sinks, kitchen faucet and disposal, and shower head. Charged full price for both the plumber and the apprentice, which obviously included training time. This work should have taken closer to 7 hours. After install, two drains leaked under sinks. I asked them to make things right. They lowered the hourly price of the apprentice, but said they could charge more to come back and fix the leaky drains. Cookeys installed all of the plumbing in our building. It was all well done and they have been very responsive to the few warranty issues we have requested from them.
