Flat tire at mile 300 of 700 mile road trip. So fortunate it was within miles of Cookeville Honda. Great experience getting the tire fixed there.
Of course I have bad luck with cars trunk was damaged won't open engine light is on now problem with computer and oil plug was leaking and had 2 nails in the rear tire they only had a valet key not original key so the alarm go off all the time took it back for the trunk said it was the latch I new better but ok have to order latch go back on my vacation day 3hrs for them to put a latch in then tell me it's the relay button dah have to order it took it back for engine light we don't have a loner car so if it breaks sorry for ... read more
Bought a Honda CR-V with the help of Dan Threet yesterday. Great guy! I felt he genuinely wanted to help me find what I was looking for. He is not the typical car salesman that will just tell you anything just to make a deal and not pushy at all, like others can be. Best dealership ever! We used their services for 8yrs & bought a new 2014 Honda CRV there. Jenny, in Service Dept, treated us like Gold. We sent many friends to the dealership. We drove from Nashville to Cookeville. That shows our satisfaction Now we live in Venice, Florida & use Venice Honda. We are very pleased with all of their services also.
The only reason I gave them a 1 is because they didn't have anything lower. They are crocked as the day is long. They will sit and smile at you as they lie to your face. A good friend just bought a vehicle from them and they ripped her off terrible. .
I love this dealership and the people that work there!! They really made my first time buying a new car experience amazing. I had so much fun shopping around. They were honest and they really tired hard to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend going there if you are looking to buy. This place is a freaking joke they make promises they dont keep!!! They dont care if they screw you or not.. I will never shop there again nor will i refer people there!!!
The guys at the preowned lot were awesome( Colby, Dillon, and Jimmy)! My husband and I were looking for a small suv for our lil family and we told them what were lookin for and what price range we needed to be in and a payment we could afford and they got us the best deal we could ask for.
