Superior customer service. Couldn't ask for a better staff and doctor. Always felt at home when there. They made my son's teeth look perfect!
The staff are friendly and efficient. They and the doctor communicate clearly and well about every aspect of the process. I appreciate the text and phone reminders. They make every effort to accommodate busy schedules if something comes up between appointments. Cooke Orthodontics does all they can to make the expensive and inconvenient process easier, more affordable, and less time consuming. I saw results immediately and I am happy with the long term results of treatment.

Very impressed with Cooke Orthodontics!!! The staff is so warm and welcoming and the office is beautiful. I haven't experienced such wonderful customer service in a very long time! Dr. Cooke and her staff made my nervous son feel at ease and made me feel like we were getting top of the line care. Highly recommended!
Going to Cooke Orthodontics makes getting braces a fun experience. The nicest staff and the best customer service. They also do all kinds of fun events for kids throughout the year. My daughter went there for 2 years prior to braces just for evaluations and she was always asking when her next visit was because she loved it there. Dr. Cooke also is very reserved and didn't rush to put braces on when my daughter when she was young and still had a ton of baby teeth. Always a great experience!
