He is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!! we love him!!! Dr Cooke is a loving and caring man, that is honest. He does not pull any punches, but he tells you what you need to know. He is compassionate and has a deeply feeling heart. His patients know that he truly he cares for them and wants to do everything he can do, to help them have an easy pregnancy and delivery. You could never ask for a better doctor than Dr. Cooke.

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony! Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes
