Just called to ask a simple question & was very rudely told they would not take my cat in right now! I never even asked if I could bring him in! Wow!!! Will never do business with this clinic!!
I love this vet clinic! My pug sees Dr. Ramsel, and I trust only her with him! She is always very caring as are the rest of the staff, so I feel at ease when he is in her care. I always refer anyone to this clinic because care this good is hard to find!
The staff has always been amazing with my dog - we have been taking him since he was a puppy in 2012! You guys are great with my lucca - Thank you!!
They were VERY thorough with our 7 month old Bernese Mountain Dog Puppy! The technician came in and asked us why we were in, how our pup was doing that day, and asked if we had any additional questions. We had quite a few. She wrote down every question we asked, and the Vet came in within 5 minutes, or less, and took time answering all of our nervous, puppy parent questions. They are the best. Had to put my baby down and they came to my home and were very sweat and understanding. They are absolutely the best and the price was better than what my vet wanted. Recommend them to anyone and will be switch vets
I switched from my other vet after 6 years to come here and am so glad I made the change. Dr. Ramsel is kind, knowledgable and honest with her treatment recommendations. I don't feel pushed into anything and they are great at providing treatment options. Highly recommend!
