Dr. Cook was my PCP for over 15 years. There seems to be a general lack of interest and thoroughness in her approach. she does not follow through with results from tests, (went 3 years without a recheck on something suspicious which could have been life threatening ) does not order all needed blood tests at physicals despite my age and susceptibility ,led to years of an undiagnosed condition, to which I suffered and symptoms were reported every year at my physical appointment. Argumentative aggressive gives a diagnosis on other doctors test and results arrogance
I have been a patient of Dr Cook for many years. She doesn’t just diagnose and give a pill she makes sure I have an understanding of my whole self both mentally emotionally and physically. She listened carefully to everything I say and never makes me feel rushed. I always leave feeling confident of the care I am getting. I also like that if I forget to ask or say something I can ask in the patient portal and I get a response from her in a reasonable time. Dr. COOK has been my PCP for 10+ years and "knows her stuff." Well informed and well read, she has a discerning mind and doesn't rush into anything (diagnosis, referral, meds, etc.). Personable and highly approachable to ask questions or share concerns, I trust her implicitly and know I am in good hands.
gave my fiancé a script for Adderrall the FIRST day ever meeting him. Didnt care to listen or make her own diagnosis just gave him what he came in looking for. He was prescribed this as a child 25 + years ago and has been feigning for it for years. He cant sleep at night and feels unmotivated and likes the way the Adderall makes him feel. Im no doctor obviously but that sound like a recipe for disaster to me. Life long addy addiction thanks dr. Cook we will be getting a second opinion
