The chef in this food truck is unbelievably good. Breakfast burrito was point. The French toast were fire. I mean the Cook can COOK!!! We asked if we could get our bacon crispy (9/10 times no restaurant can get it done) he delivered perfectly crispy bacon. I'd give him a Michelin star if I could. Morning of Sept 5th 2026

The most phenomenal breakfast food you can get. So fresh so hot. If I’m ever in Michigan city I know where I’m going! Roadie is so good! Great people great chef!
