Very warm and welcoming place that is well managed. The maintenance crew is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable making this a great place to live. Plus, it’s in a block where you can get a great haircut, groceries, and coffee can’t be beat!
I’ve had a great experience living at Cook Street. The community feels welcoming, management is responsive, and communication has been clear whenever I’ve needed assistance. The property is well maintained, and I appreciate the sense of care put into the space and the residents. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live, and I’m happy to be part of the community.
Wonderful place to live, apartments are very nice. Office staff is friendly and responsive, big kudos to Eddie the maintenance manager for always going above and beyond to resolve any issues. I feel very confident that things will be fixed correctly when he’s involved. Definitely recommend living here.
Great apartments! The building is always clean and quiet, our studio is nice and cozy with a great view, and the staff is always super helpful! I could see myself here for a long time! My only minor complaints are the placement of the very sensitive smoke alarms in our unit and the rare fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. All in all, I’m a fan of Cool Street Apartments!
My partner and I lived at Cook Street for two years and would have stayed if we didn’t have to relocate for a new job. The maintenance team is super responsive, communications were prompt and clear, the common spaces were clean, and the apartment was in great condition. My unit had central AC (rare in Portland), I never heard my neighbors through the walls, and the gym had a cable machine, which most buildings do not have.
