The maintenance team is excellent. The building stays clean for the most part. The units are ok. Layout is probably the best that it could be given the limited space. The paint on the walls in the units is basically just primer. The elevators do not reset to the ground floor or the parking garage. These are small complaints. The real issue is the vertical noise. There’s always someone cleaning, leaf blowing, vacuuming, etc. and the maintenance gets taken care of quickly. By far the best apartments I’ve lived in, I’ve been in 3 different units here bc I don’t think it can be beat. Noise has always been a problem in other apartments, but for the most part you can’t hear your neighbors.

Before I moved in I was told I shouldn't be able to hear other residents unless they accidentally drop something heavy or things like that. I was also told all the residents are super kind and friendly and there's great community. Since moving in, multiple times a week I hear loud slamming noises all throughout the middle of the night. The office was very unhelpful and rude, telling me I should expect noise when I live in an apartment. They told me to send a video so I did, and they didn't even acknowledge it.
