we purchased our washer and dryer from a big box store and have had multiple problems with the washer. thankfully the warranty repairs have been done by Cook's. the repair tech Patrick was very friendly and prompt. he did excellent work for us and has up back up and running again. excellent customer service and communication during a frustrating time.
I came into the Nixa store the man behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Didn’t ignore me like the box store I was just in a day before! Cooks has great customer service! Thank you again!
