RE: Cook Property Management, subsidiary of Cook Realty TL;DR an incredibly unprofessional business with terrible customer service and a tenuous grasp of laws pertaining to rentals. Home owners: look elsewhere. Prospective renters: RUN. If you do happen to rent from them, know your rights (California Civil Code §1950.5(f)). I have the privilege of working with Realtor Meena Chan Lee. She was responsive, kept everyone up to date and was so easy to work with. I would recommend her to any seller or buyer.

Jim was one of the worst real estate agents I've ever worked with - his service was very bad, but also ended up lying to us, which we found out after speaking directly with the seller. Don't make the same mistake we did - avoid Cook Realty if you can.
