I wanted to share my experience. At every turn it was pleasant working with this company. they were very informative and straight to the point. the delivery guy was great. pretty laid back and gave some good advice. I was told to call the Monday before my wedding to get a delivery day and when I called they did not have one but she immediately got off the phone with me to contact the delivery manager and he called me within a half hour to scheduled a time. I’d give the chairs themselves as well as the driver a good review, however the customer service and communication has a good deal of work to do. When I reserved my order, I was told to provide the final chair count by August 31st for my September 14th wedding - no problem, this went well. I was told my total and that a “delivery manager” would call me with the date and estimated time my order would be delivered on Monday of the week the wedding was to take place. Called several months in advance to reserve tables and chairs for a small wedding. Was told that's not a problem and that we could pick them up on friday. Called them today and asked if we could change the size of the tables from 8ft to 6 ft, they asked where the event was and they told me that they dont rent outside of Peoria and that galesburg location is just a store front.
