Took 20 mins for a milkshake
The food was cold. Not sure if it would have been better warm but it wasn't good. It was mine and my brothers first time going to Cook Out and he was excited. I wasn't so sure since I had heard mixed reviews from locals but went ahead anyway. The girl who took our order barely said one word and after waiting longer than we expected we received cold food with a side of attitude. I don't know if they're all like this but i won't bother trying again. Waste of money
Rude young workers, can't get your small order right because they don't listen to your order, cheese bites for side I got 3 my wife got 3.5, ordered piece of cheesecake but give me a milkshake but it does rhyme, you would think better management but I guess owners are not hiring anyone with common sence anymore. Burgers were good but not worth going back for the rudeness
