The drive thru always seems to be mobbed and ordering is slow. Despite having two lanes I sat in one without anyone taking my order for 10 minutes before driving off one time. Food is decent and a good value. This location suffers from a bad layout. You pay at one window and have to make a 90° turn to get to the pickup window. This leads to you being far from the pickup window and having to back up to get closer. If the person behind you came from the outside drive thru lane you'll likely not have that option.
Cookout is easily the cheapest option for hot food that tastes real. If they could clean the lobby a little more and get the food out a little faster easily 4 stars.
What's the point of two drive through lanes if someone can sit for over 10 minutes waiting at one to have their order taken? While the other lane flows perfectly?
