Every time I come here the lobbies always closed everyone doesn't have the 30 minutes it takes to get through this drive-thru some of us are on a lunch break and only get a total of 30 minutes so if I spend it all in your drive-thru and can't go inside and get my food it's pointless to try to come to your restaurant either fully staff the restaurant or close it.
They served me certified charcoal, 1/4 meals were edible, thin patties, oily everything, service 2/10, they forget to put items in the bag, and you don’t have to be happy about your job, but bare minimum be professional. I love cookout, but this one is my least favorite.
